Our combined medical journey spans across open heart surgery, cancer, fertility treatment, chronic pain, pregnancy, rare diseases and mental health. All across different countries and health systems. Together, we have learnt that what you say and ask in each consult can change entirely the type of care you will receive.
In particular in terms of:
We have learnt the hard way.
So we have developed QASSANDRA to spare you the painful and sinuous learning curve.

We want to improve health outcome for patients.
We are patients ourselves and we believe effective communication between medical practitioners and patients yield better health outcomes.
Our entire philosophy is based on patient-to-patient empowerment. Harnessing the wisdom of the community and finding innovative ways to help everyone build the skills and confidence they need to advocate for themselves and be an active partner in the patient - doctor relationship.
We want our services to be:
We are here to help you become a team with the medical practitioners who surround you and vice versa.
We do not provide medical guidance here.
We offer 1-1 chat to help you prepare for a consultation or a procedure and help you find out what would make you most comfortable, safe and in control.
We can offer some guidance in how to navigate the bureaucracy too!
Use the contact form to make an appointment.
Service available in French and in English.
We offer a series of workshop sessions for your patients and/or staff.
Our program and sessions are tailor-made to your audience and needs.
We work only with patients and staff who volunteer to do so (no mandatory referral).
Service available in English and in French.
Available for face to face in Paris, London, Switzerland. Available remotely for any other location.
We named our AIchatbot Iris, after the Greek messenger of the gods. She is specifically trained to support you in your medical journey so you can feel comfortable and empowered all along.
She will not replace medical advice. Instead she helps you make the most of any interaction with medical practitioners.
For example, Iris can help you prepare for a consultation, process the information you received, address your fears and discomfort.
Iris is based on ChatGPT4 and was developped in partnership with Queery+ to reduce bias and stereotypes. Available in any major language.
We are currently recruiting volunteers for a 1hour conversation to help us improve our services. We are interested in a wide range of experiences, no matter the country, type of health journey, age, gender, etc. All the conversations remain confidential.
